Ordering and payment

When does my order ship?

In-stock orders placed before [cut-off time] on a business day ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it is packed. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Is checkout secure?

Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

How do you pack cards?

Sealed boxes travel in sturdy outer boxes with padding, and single cards ship sleeved and in toploaders.

Pre-orders

When am I charged for a pre-order?

You pay when you order. The item ships as soon as it releases. Full details are in our Pre-Order Policy.

Sealed product

Do you search or weigh boxes?

No. Sealed product is sold exactly as it arrives from the distributor.

Can I return a box because of the pulls?

No. Pull rates are random, so opened product cannot be returned for what was inside.
